Information We Handle

When a founder-controlled platform account is connected, Venture Forge may process the account identifier, public profile metadata, board identifiers, Pin identifiers, publishing status, and the access credentials required to perform authorized actions. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never displayed publicly.

On Venture Forge catalog pages, we may record first-party attribution data such as campaign parameters, page views, product views, purchase-link clicks, and a no-purchase checkout-start proxy. We do not collect payment-card data through the catalog.

How We Use Information

We use this information to publish and verify original Venture Forge content, link that content to our owned catalog, prevent duplicate posts, measure aggregate campaign performance, maintain account connections, and improve which of our products and educational materials we feature.

Automated systems may help draft original content or select a product to feature. They do not make decisions about individual Pinterest users, and Pinterest account data is not used to train a public or general-purpose artificial intelligence model.

Sharing And Selling

We do not sell personal information or Pinterest account data. We do not provide connected-account access to advertisers or unrelated third parties. Infrastructure providers may process limited data only as needed to host, secure, and operate Venture Forge. Purchases initiated from the catalog are completed by the linked commerce provider under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Retention And Security

We retain connection data while the integration is active and retain operational evidence for as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate performance reporting. Access credentials are stored in an encrypted server-side vault. Access is limited to the founder and authorized Venture Forge operations.

Your Choices

A connected Pinterest account can revoke Venture Forge access from Pinterest account settings. A request to disconnect an account or delete its stored connection data can also be made through the Venture Forge Pinterest business profile or the seller-support channel available from our linked Gumroad product pages. We may retain minimal records when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

We may update this policy when Venture Forge adds a material data use or platform connection. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
