Refund Policy
We want every Venture Forge download to arrive as described and open correctly.

Digital Purchases
Venture Forge products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped. Because files are delivered immediately, purchases generally cannot be returned after download solely because of a change of mind.
When We Will Help
Contact us if you were charged twice, cannot access the purchased files, received a corrupted file, or believe the product materially differs from its listing. We will first try to provide a working copy or resolve the delivery problem. When that is not reasonable, we will review the purchase for a refund.
How To Request Support
Use the seller-contact option in your Gumroad receipt so the request is tied to the correct order. Include the product name and a short description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details.
Payment Processing
Gumroad processes checkout, delivery, and approved refunds. Refund timing and the appearance of funds on a statement depend on Gumroad, the payment method, and the customer's financial institution. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
